As we predicted in our article announcing the AD600Pro II, the crowd-favorite Godox AD200 is the next in line to receive a much-needed upgrade. The new AD200Pro II keeps the same compact and portable design that made its predecessor popular but brings key improvements, including upgraded H200J II and H200 II flash heads, better heat management, and stable color temperature control. These updates ensure photographers can rely on consistent performance, even during extended shoots, while maintaining the versatility and ease of use that set the AD200 series apart.
One of the standout features is the one-tap pairing system with the X3 trigger, which streamlines the syncing process, allowing for quick setup in fast-paced environments. The group color indicator further simplifies multi-light setups, making it easier to manage multiple flashes in complex scenarios. Fully compatible with the existing AD200 ecosystem, the new model continues to offer flexibility while delivering enhanced performance.
