NANLITE Introduces New PavoSlim 240B, 240C, and 60CL LED Lights

The latest additions to the PavoSlim series—the 240B, 240C, and 60CL LED lights—perfectly blend portability with powerful lighting capabilities. Featuring foldable designs, high output, and accurate color rendering, these models are ideal for filmmakers and photographers requiring top-quality lighting on the move.

The PavoSlim 240B and 240C are engineered for superior lighting performance, offering a 60 × 60 cm LED panel that folds in half for enhanced portability. These panels not only provide a large, soft light source but also feature high color accuracy with CRI and TLCI ratings averaging 95 and 97, respectively. Capable of producing up to 22 990 lux (240B) and 24 970 lux (240C) at one meter, these units pack a punch in terms of brightness while maintaining a slim profile at just 2.86 cm thick when unfolded.

On the other hand, the PavoSlim 60CL is designed for scenarios requiring a more compact lighting solution. This elongated 60 × 15 cm panel offers the versatility of RGBWW color mixing and a suite of control options, including HSI and CCT modes, which enable precise color adjustments. Its lightweight design, weighing just under a kilogram, and compact dimensions make it exceptionally suited for tight spaces and on-location shoots. With a maximum output of 7 094 lux at 5600 K, the 60CL delivers powerful lighting with accurate color rendition.

The PavoSlim 240B and 240C feature a foldable 60 × 60 cm design, enhancing portability and ease of storage, while the 60CL’s elongated 60 × 15 cm form is tailored for tight, confined spaces. Encased in durable metal housing for efficient heat dissipation, these units are lightweight, with the 240B and 240C weighing approximately 3.44 kg and 3.65 kg, and the 60CL at just 0.98 kg. The fold-in mechanism of the 240B and 240C simplifies transport, making them compact and easy to handle for quick setup and relocation.

Delivering outstanding brightness, the PavoSlim 240B and 240C panels provide impressive luminance with outputs of 22 990 lux and 24 970 lux respectively at 1 meter under a 5600 K setting, outshining many similar lighting solutions. The 60CL matches the intensity of larger panels with its impressive 7 094 lux output at 1 meter and 5600 K. All three models boast high color fidelity, with average CRI and TLCI scores of 96 and 97, ensuring vivid, accurate color rendering across diverse production environments.

The PavoSlim 240C and 60CL panels offer versatile control with CCT, HSI, GEL, and RGBWW modes, which allow for precise adjustments in color temperature, hue, saturation, and intensity, supporting up to 36 000 different colors. Additionally, they feature 15 built-in lighting effects such as Storm, Fire, and Police Car, providing versatility in creating various atmospheres and moods. The adjustable green/magenta shift ensures precise color matching with other light sources, maintaining color accuracy in diverse settings.

Intuitive Controls and Power Flexibility

Equipped with intuitive on-board controls and compatibility with the NANLINK APP and DMX/RDM protocols, the PavoSlim panels allow for seamless integration and precise, remote adjustments in various setups. All models support both AC power and V-mount batteries, enhanced by hot swapping capabilities that maintain continuous operation and prevent interruptions during shoots. These features ensure dependable and efficient use, crucial for both studio and on-location environments.

Quick Setup with Versatile Mounting Solutions

The PavoSlim series is designed for quick setup, enabling all models to be ready within minutes, enhancing on-set efficiency. Each unit comes with a universal light stand adapter and offers a baby pin mount option, providing a wide range of mounting possibilities to accommodate various shooting conditions. Additionally, all models include a gridded softbox and two diffusers to ease use and increase adaptability in different filming environments.
