Godox Takes LED Panel Capabilites Further with the New KNOWLED Hard PRO Series

The P1200R Hard PRO and P600R Hard PRO are the latest updates to the KNOWLED lineup, offering a tougher, more weather-resistant design. These are upgraded versions of the original Hard series panel lights, now built to handle demanding shooting conditions with IP65 protection. With the same high-output, full-color LED performance, the Hard PRO models are made for professionals who need reliable lighting on set and in the field.

Godox is expanding its professional KNOWLED series with the introduction of the P1200R Hard PRO and P600R Hard PRO, two full-color, high-output LED panel lights designed for demanding film and video production. First teased at IBC 2024, these fixtures follow last December’s release of the MS60 series, bringing even more power and durability to the lineup. With an upgraded build and IP65-rated weatherproofing, the Hard PRO models are made to withstand challenging shooting conditions while delivering the same precise and vibrant lighting that KNOWLED panels are known for.

Both lights are built for large-scale productions, delivering exceptional output for illuminating expansive scenes. The P1200R Hard PRO packs an impressive 1300 W of power into a 2×1 panel, ensuring intense brightness with full RGB control. With a wide CCT range from 1800 to 10 000 K, adjustable green-magenta shift, and an upgraded TLCI of 98+, these lights provide accurate and consistent color reproduction across multiple fixtures. Designed for cinematic lighting, they also feature a high-speed mode for flicker-free performance at extremely high frame rates.

Expanded Creative Options with Light Shaping Accessories

The P1200R Hard PRO and P600R Hard PRO support a wide range of light-shaping tools and remain fully compatible with accessories from their previous versions. The native hard panel is built for high efficiency and works seamlessly with softboxes, domes, and other modifiers using a quick-fit mounting system for fast setup. Custom dual and triple light brackets allow for multi-light setups, while the included U-bracket ensures secure mounting and smooth adjustments.
